Adding Beneficiary:

1. Make payment for advance stamp duty through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS only from any bank through the online portal of respective banks or by submitting the physical forms to the respective banks. (Cheque, Demand draft and Pay orders will not be accepted for stamp duty account). There is no requirement to mention any transaction no. in remarks while processing payment through RTGS/ NEFT/IMPS transactions (online or physical request). The 16-digit transaction number will be created by the CDSL system for each successful transaction and will be displayed to the DPs in Inquiry options and on receipts.
   
   
2. CDSL will check the respective accounts for receipt of funds and credit stamp duty to the respective user accounts.
3. DPs will continue to get information in the Balance Inquiry and Payment Status Inquiry, options available through the URL https://bills.cdsl.co.in, to know the status of payment made, to generate the receipt and to know the balance lying with CDSL.
