How to Avail e-Token base SPEEDe for Inter – Depository and Intra – Depository Transfers?

Step on registration on e – Token base SPEED-e.

As an NSDL Demat account holder if you wish to transfer your unlisted share from your Demat account to another Demat account you always need an e- token, which you can take from E- Mudra or any Registered authority.

Once you receive your e – Token the broker needs a few snapshots of your Digital Signature Certificate.

 

Visit NSDL e-Services website https://eservices.nsdl.com.

Client has to click on ‘New user registration’ tab and then click on the ‘SPEED-e’ option. Please see below exhibit:

 After following aforesaid process, client has to click on Download SPEEDe Application Form link which is highlighted in purple colour under ‘A) Clients:-> Smart card Form section. Please see below exhibit:

Now client need to Download and fill up the SPEEDe application form along with annexure N and few Screenshots of Digital certificate. 

After completing all the details, the form needs to be submitted to broker office, and the DP or broker will help to get the SPEEDe username.

Once you get the SPEEDe username from your Depository you can start share transfer online.

After downloading E – lock Restart Sign App.
