How can you cancel the transaction ?
Unlistedassets.com is a seamless platform which enables you to transact in unlisted stocks. The process of buying and selling is fairly simple, the process is executed online. but if the transaction needs to be cancelled it needs attention.
There are 2 situations in cancellation process.
- If the transaction is cancelled before Sale purchase agreement (SPA) either by buyer or seller
- if the transaction is cancelled after the bid is accepted and SPA is signed either by buyer or seller.
In both these cases the buyer or the seller needs to raise a ticket with the detailed reasoning for cancellation, and the member of our team will get back to you at the earliest.
